No transport logs could be found for this request.
The system could not access the command file of the request. This is
usually because this file is not in the transport directory.
However, the reason could also be that the system does not have the
appropriate authorization at operating system level to read this file.

If the command file of the request and the logs exist, you need to
place these in the transport directory of the system with the
appropriate access authorizations.
