You attempted to assign the new package &V3& to an object, even though
this package belongs to the transport layer &V4&. You cannot change the
transport layer.

Assign a package from the transport layer &V2& to the object.
If you need to change the transport layer due to errors, it must be
done by the user DDIC or a user with the authorization S_CTS_ADMIN.
