&1 on &2 was created while asynchronous distribution was activated. In
the meantime, asynchronous distribution has been deactivated. However,
the business transaction has not yet been distributed to position
management with the function <LS>Distribute Business Transactions to
Position Management</> (transaction <NP>TPM10A</>).
