¿Qué causa este problema?

Request &V1& is assigned to the project with the ID &V2&. Request &V3&
is assigned to the project with the ID &V4&.
This action requires that both requests belong to the same project.

The action is rejected.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Make sure that both requests are assigned to the same project. To
change the assignment, go to the hierarchical request overview and
choose:
<LS>Utilities</> -> <LS>Reorganize</> -> <LS>Assign to a project...</>
or <LS>Delete project assignment...</>.
