¿Qué causa este problema?

For some objects (such as function modules), the conflict calculation
uses release-specific attributes of these objects. Since the upgrade
conflict check is made on the source release of the upgrade, the
attributes used may differ from those in the target release, and
conflicts may be calculated that don't exist in the target release. The
conflicts calculated between the add-on &V1& release &V2& and the OCS
Package &V3& are all of this type and can therefore be ignored.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

A variety of options are available to you for dealing with this
situation:
Check whether a Conflict Resolution Transport (CRT) is available for the
add-on &V1& release &V2& and the OCS Package &V3&. If this is the case,
add this CRT into the queue.
If the add-on is an SAP add-on, go to the Software Distribution Center
in the SAP Service Marketplace (http://service.sap.com/swcenter) and
look for a suitable CRT.
If the add-on is not an SAP add-on, contact the manufacturer of the
add-on an ask about the availability of a suitable CRT.
Check the relevant upgrade Note for the add-on &V1&. Check whether the
conflict with the OCS Package &V3& is documented there, and if it is,
proceed as described in the Note.
Alternatively, contact SAP Support (component: BC-UPG-ADDON).
