Continue the import in Support Package Manager/Add-On Installation
Tool.
Read the previous message &V1&&V2& and the corresponding long text.
This gives you additional information about the problem.

SAP Note about known problems or in a specific SAP Note about the
relevant OCS package.
If you still cannot find enough information to correct the error, look
