¿Qué causa este problema?

There are two reasons for this error:
You attempted to download Support Package &V2& again. The Support
Package Manager deleted all traces of the Support Package, for example,
the relevant logs. In this case file &V1& could not be deleted.
The Support Package was downloaded again using EPS. After starting
SPAM, the Support Package was fetched from the EPS inbox and all traces
of it were deleted. File &V1& could not be deleted.
