¿Qué causa este problema?

The language files have a new naming convention from 4.0:
<(><language><ISO code><file ID><)>(.C), where
file ID can be = TX (DE + Customizing data)
= DC (Documentation)
= FO (Forms)
= SL (Styles)
= RW (Report Writer)
= MS (Master file)
If the files were written aftrer the new naming convention there is a
file T002 in the language directory.
Names must be converted because 4.0 allows lower-case language IDs and
the System interface language display format uses the 2-character ISO
codes.

Respuesta del sistema

The file T002 was not found in the language directory.
The language transport tools assume that the files were written using
the old naming convention.
These files can be imported without difficulty if all the language
import conditions are fulfilled (release, etc.)
