The object

you are editing is assigned to package &V4&. Packages define objects
that are technically related.
The object you are editing is technically related to another object
that is in a test package (beginning with T) which is not linked to the
Transport Organizer.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

The required function can be executed if you also assign the edited
object to a test package which is not linked to the Transport Organizer
(e.g. TEST, see <DS:DE.DEVCLASS>package</>).
Choose function <LS>object directory entry</> in the change screen of
the object. Enter a suitable package in the appropriate field of the
next screen and save your change.
You can then execute the required function.
