A user involved in a change request could not be deleted because the
cursor was not positioned correctly in the hierarchical list.

The process was cancelled.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

In the hierarchical list, position the cursor on the user that you
want to delete from the request.
The system will only delete the user, if the request does not yet
contain any objects.
