You cannot edit the request or task &V1& because you are not the owner
of this request or task.
The owner is user &V2&. Only this user can make changes.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Choose a change request or task to edit that has your user name.
If you really need to edit request or task &V1&, contact user &V2&.
You can then use the <LS>Change owner...</> function to change the user
name of the request or task. This change is recorded in the action log.
