request for editing. In the process of determining the correct
request type for the object, it became apparent that the package &V1&,
that the object is assigned to, has an invalid name.
Objects without a valid package cannot be used in the Transport
Organizer. The function terminates.
The object must be assigned to a valid package. The name of the package
must beginn with a letter or "$".
