The client assignment for requests can be changed by the owner.
To do this, the owner has to log on in the target client, go to the
hierarchical request overview, and edit the request by choosing
<LS>Request/task</> -> <LS>Change</>.
A prerequisite for this, however, is that the request no longer
contains any client-specific objects.
