¿Qué causa este problema?

Object "&V3&" "&V1&" is locked by request/task "&V2&". There are no
links to this request/task.

The request lock selected cannot be created.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Contact the owner of request/task &V2&. You have the following options:
Ask the owner to release &V2&, so removing the existing lock.
Ask them to create a task under the request in which you can then work.
Use the Transport Organizer to merge your request with request &V2&. To
do this, choose <LS>Utilities</> -> <LS>Reorganize</> <LS>Merge
requests</>.
