SAP object &V1& &V2& is in package &V3& which is reserved for customer
objects.
Customer objects can only be created in customer packages (Y, Z) and
SAP objects only in SAP packages (A-S or U-X, T, $)

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Use an SAP package (TDEVC) for SAP objects.
Proceed as follows to change the package:
If you are already in the maintenance screen for the object directory
entries, use the input help for your function.
Otherwise start the Transport Organizer (Transaction SE09).
Choose <LS>Goto</> -> <LS>Transport Organizer tools</> in the initial
screen of the Transport Organizer. A list of the Transport Organizer
tools is displayed.
Choose the tool <LS>Change Object Directory Entries of Objects in a
Request</> under <LS>Object Directory</> in this list.
After you have maintained the object directory entry, you can repeat
the function.
