Repeat the function.
If the error occurs again, check whether the relevant entry exists in
the object directory.
If the entry exists, contact your system administrator. The error is
presumably related to a problem with the database.
If the entry is missing in the directory, it will need to be restored.
Here too, you should contact your system administrator.
