¿Qué causa este problema?

The local request &V1& that you have selected is not transported.
However, the transport routes in this SAP System are configured so that
Customizing changes in this client are transported into the target &V2&
by default.
If you do not stick to the configured transport routes you may cause
inconsistencies between the systems in the system landscape.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You can continue editing or choose another request for recording your
changes. Choose a transportable request with the transport target &V2&.

By default, Customizing changes in this client are transported into the
consolidation target that was configured for the standard transport
layer of this system or client.
You can change the standard transport layer and its consolidation
target in the transport route configuration of the Transport Management
System.
