¿Qué causa este problema?

The confirmation (= status-relevant correspondence planned record) has
not yet been carried out for the previous activity. Generate
correspondence for correspondence type &V1& and medium &V2& before
further processing.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Start a confirmation run for transaction &V3&, activity category &V4&
from the back-office menu.
