The screen element specified in the attributes of the cursor position
does not exist on this screen.

If the screen appears at runtime, the system attempts to place the
cursor on the screen element specified.
If the screen element does not exist or is an input/output field which
is not ready for input, the system places the cursor by default on the
first input/output field ready for input.
