¿Qué causa este problema?

The current client of SAP NetWeaver Application Server (SAP NetWeaver
AS) ABAP is not customized to support maintenance of database management
system (DBMS) users from SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP.

Create a database connection in transaction DBCO. Ensure that the user
for database connection has appropriate authorization in the DBMS.

Enter the database connection and the current client in maintenance view
USR_DBMS_SYSTEM.
