¿Qué causa este problema?

You have attempted to change user &V1& using an IDoc. However, this user
is classified as a "Local User" in the target system. "Local Users"
cannot be maintained in Central User Administration.

In the user administration tool (transaction SU01) in the CUA central
system, delete the system assignment for this user for the child system
for which transaction SCUL reported the error.
