While trying to retrieve the complete SQL Statement, the system
determined that the statement has a null length. Assume that either no
SQL statement exists or that it cannot be read for unknown reasons.
After displaying the message, the system continues processing.
Check if there really should be an SQL statement. If you believe that
an SQL statement really should have been displayed, call the
transaction again and repeat the display action.
