¿Qué causa este problema?

You tried to confirm the translation of a text. This is not necessary
in this case, either because no confirmation was required or because
the you had already confirmed the translation.

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

Confirmation of a translation can be required if a source text already
has a translation, but there is no entry in the proposal pool.
To tell the system that the previously not known translation is
correct, you must either confirm or change the translation. In both
cases you declare the translation to be a valid translation of the
source text and cause a corresponding entry to be made in the proposal
pool.

Check whether the text requires other actions. If so, perform them. The
'Confirm translation' function which you chose is not, or no longer,
required in the current situation and has no effect.
