You tried to confirm the translation of a text.
This was not necessary in this case, either because no confirmation was
required or you had already confirmed the translation.

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

A translation can need confirming if a translation already exists for a
source text but there is not yet an entry in the proposal pool.
To tell the system that a previously unknown translation is correct,
you must either confirm or change the translation. In either case, you
declare the translation to be a valid translation of the source text
and create an entry in the proposal pool.

Check whether other actions are required for the text and perform them.
The 'Confirm translation' function which you chose is not, or no
longer, required in this situation, and has no effect.
