¿Qué causa este problema?

The transport cannot be forwarded to system &v1&. This may be due to the
following reasons:
For non-ABAP systems: System &v1& has a different communication system
from the system where you are currently logged-on.
Transports can only be forwarded to systems that have the same
communication system.
For ABAP systems: The function is not supported.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If the source and target systems or their communication systems have a
shared transport directory, call the import queue Web UI in the target
system, or in the communication system of the target system and choose
"More -> Add".
This adds the transport to the import queue.
