You want to distribute the CTS service plug-in in system &V1&. Transport
Management System (TMS) on the CTS server does not recognize the
plug-in, since it is in a domain not registered in TMS.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You must import the transport requests of the CTS service plug-in once
manually into the system &V1&. This is necessary to enable the system to
communicate with systems in other domains. In the next update you can
distribute the CTS service plug-in automatically.
To import the transport request manually, proceed as described in SAP
Note 1688276 under point 3 (http://service.sap.com/sap/support
/notes/1688276).
