scheduling mechanism. This can decrease the overall duration of the
import of a transport collection.

If no job is scheduled for program ?SCTS_QUEUE_IMPORT_CONTROL? despite
the TMS parameter ?OPERATION_MODE? having the value 'QUEUED' or
'QUEUED_DYNAMIC', the system issues an error message as the mechanism
described above requires a job scheduling.
The transport requests included in the transport collection are not
imported into the target systems during the import of the transport
collection.
