Functions are called locally
You are already logged on to the system and client to which the
destination points. Therefore, the functions for which the destination
is used can be called locally.
Cluster &V2& is source cluster and has no predecessor
The destination is only needed for systems that are assigned to target
clusters (target systems). Since the system is not assigned to a target
cluster, the destination is not needed.
