You cannot change/maintain Switch BC Set &V1&, because of the current
system settings.
This may be because:
The Switch &V2& assigned to the Switch BC Set is not active in the
current client
Switch BC Set recording is not active in the current client
The system is not an SAP system
The current user is not authorized to change BC Sets
