¿Qué causa este problema?

The table &V1& is a system object. These are tables which either belong
to the ABAP Dictionary or are internal SAP system tables. You cannot
transport them or use them in BC Sets.
Examples of system objects/tables: T000, T100, TDEVC, TADIR, TFDIR,
CVERS, OBJH, OBJS, ....
<ZK>Delivery class (shown in transaction SE11): </>The delivery class is
not relevant for system objects, i.e. even if this table has a
customizing delivery class, you can still not put it in BC Sets.
