The activation of the customizing object '&V1&' has been explicitly
forbidden by the person responsible for the object.

Th system can put data from object '&V1&' in the BC Set, but it is
<ZH>not</> written to the database when you activate the BC Set. Any
data for activatable objects is written.

Contact your system administrator, the person responsible for this
customizing object, or SAP.
