¿Qué causa este problema?

A BC Set activation in which the customizing data and activation links
were to be written in a transport, has been performed, but the data was
not, or only partially, put in the transport (e.g. because an invalid
transport number was specified).

Respuesta del sistema

The data which was not copied is not transported into subsequent
systems.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

The activiation log should contain more information about the cause of
the error. Repeat the activation when you have solved the problem.
