¿Qué causa este problema?

BC Sets have been activated with language-dependent data. Not all the
language-dependent data of the BC Sets to be activated is available in
all the activation language selection languages.
The activation language selection, i.e. the set of all activation
languages, comprises all installed system languages. You can restrict
this selection with the user parameter "CP13". Specify the internal
language code, e.g. "D" to activate in German, "E" for English and
"DEF" to activate in German, Englisch and French. You must set user
parameters per user and per system.

All available BC Set data is activated.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

The activation log shows which BC Sets or customizing objects are
affected. Check the corresponding tables in the activation system.
You can either enter missing table entries manually, or put the missing
language data in the BC Sets affected, and activate them again.
