the tables and views involved.

The BC Set was not, or was only partially, activated.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check whether views or tables are locked because a user is accessing
them in change mode.
Check whether the data in the BC Set are consistent. View the BC Set
and compare it with the database tables.
If you have resolved the problems, repeat the activation. Otherwise
contact the creator of the BC Set or the system administration.
