When you copy changes, the objects concerned must be entered in a
change request. This request must be &V2&, the request that belongs to
the current corrective measure. However, the system attempted to enter
the objects in the request &V1&.

Check whether the objects concerned are locked in other requests.
If you are prompted to enter a request in a dialog window when you copy
changes, enter the request that belongs to the corrective measure.
