¿Cómo arreglar este error?

A workbook cannot be inserted twice in the same directory. You can only
insert the same workbook once in each directory.
As the check refers to the current database status and as under certain
conditions your display in the tree can vary from that, you should try
to execute the action again after saving the current state.
