The percentage value for a deviation in the duration has been
maintained, but the indicator showing that the value is active has not
been maintained.

When you make a completion confirmation, the percentage that is entered
is only taken into consideration if the indicator that the value is
active has also been set.

Check why the indicator is not set as active or why the percentage
value has been maintained.
