¿Qué causa este problema?

Confirmation &V1&, counter &V2& was not entered directly. It was
automatically confirmed through the confirmation of a milestone
operation.
By cancelling the confirmation of the milestone operation, you also
cancel the confirmation of any preceding operations which were
confirmed by the milestone confirmation.
