¿Qué causa este problema?

When you first enter a confirmation for an order, the system assigns a
confirmation number to the order header.
The confirmation number and the order number that you entered do not
belong together.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you want to enter a confirmation at order header level, enter only
the order number (without the confirmation number).
If you want to enter a confirmation for a (sub-)operation, you have two
options:
Enter only the confirmation number
Enter the order number, sequence, operation, and, if required, the
sub-operation.
