¿Qué causa este problema?

Any sub-operations/elements that have been confirmed manually are not
affected by a summary confirmation, if the final confirmation indicator
is not set.
The summary confirmation has not caused any sub-operation or element
data to be updated, due to the following reasons:
All existing sub-operations/elements have been manually confirmed.
The final confirmation indicator was not set when you carried out the
summary confirmation.

Respuesta del sistema

The system issues a message informing the user of the fact that the
summary confirmation did not cause any data to be updated.
