¿Qué causa este problema?

The confirmation number that you have entered does not correspond to the
sequence that you have entered.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You have two options:
Enter the confirmation number only. The system branches automatically
to the corresponding operation or sub-operations.
Enter the order number and the sequence number. The system auto-
matically branches to a list screen which contains the corresponding
operations/sub-operations.
