A background task is started to copy the article hierarchy. Messages,
created within a background task, are only shown in the application log.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Please check within the application log (transaction SLG1), if the copy
in background was successful or not. Search criteria and their values in
SLG1 for the messages related to the copy of a hierarchy, are: The
object has the value 'W', the subobject the value 'W_HIERERR' and the
external ID has the value 'Copy Article Hierarchy'.
