¿Qué causa este problema?

Number of released jobs on an application server that are to be
executed, but for which there are no free background work processes.

Respuesta del sistema

The two nodes <LS>Utilization</> and <LS>ServerSpecificQueueLength
</> display whether there is a serious bottleneck in background
processing. The optimal situation is a high usage and a small queue
length.
A high usage and high values for the length of the wait queue show that
your system could not fulfill the background processing demand during
the alert period.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If <LS>Utilization</> and <LS>ServerSpecificQueueLength</> repeatedly
raise alerts, you should increase the background processing capacity:
Set the number of work processes for background processing with the
system parameter <LS>rdisp/wp_no_btc</>.
