All update processes are stored in the appropriate dispathcher queue
until they can be assigned to a free work process. If this value
triggers an alert, we recommend (if it is not simply a case of a
temporary bottleneck)that you increase the number of update work
processes. You should also take account of SAP Note 39412 (How many
work processes to configure)
