Check if the threshold value is set to too low a value - even a value
of around one percent of the dialog response time (Monitoring attribute
<ZH>R3DialogResponseTime</>) does not slow down the response behavior
of the system to a noticeable degree).
If this is not the case, check the Monitoring System in monitor
<LS>CCMS Selfmonitoring</>, which you can find in the monitor set
