¿Qué causa este problema?

The original document was created successfully. A problem still arose
however, when creating the URL document. This document should include
the attribute "URL of the data source" and is important for the usage of
SEM-BIC.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Provided that the document was not created for BIC purposes<(>,<)> it
can now be used without limitations. In SEM-BIC however, the URL address
of the data source is missing when the document is opened.
