This problem can have the following causes:
The access data you specified ( URL, user, password, database, etc.)
during installation of the associated BI Java Connector is incomplete
or incorrect.
Chack the access data and verify it.
Also ensure that the user account you are using for access has the
correct authorizations needed for this operation.
The UDC Java Beans have not been completely installed.
Check whether the UDC Java Beans have been completely installed.
Complete the installation if necessary.
