Description
The hierarchy with the name &v1& for the characteristic &V2& in the
hierarchy version &V3& is examined. (This has the hierarchy ID &V4&.)
In doing so, the parent-child relationships are checked in the
hierarchy tables for consistency. That means you check to see whether
certain artificial (invisible) hierarchy nodes that are not necessary
for reporting exist and are sorted correctly in the hierarchy.
