¿Qué causa este problema?

This is an internal error in the test environment. Report the error to
SAP.
Tests that are run in the test environment tell the test environment
which parameters they require. The test environment gets these
parameters from the user, and returns them to the test. The test is
missing parameter values that it has designated as obgligatory.
