¿Qué causa este problema?

There is an internal error in the test environment. The tests write
their error messages to the application log (object RSRV and
sub-objects DIALOG or BATCH, depending on whether the error output is
generated in the background or online). The error occurred as a new
message was output, but no instance of the application log was
available.
